Swiftlisted

Swiftlisted vs Vendoo, List Perfectly, Crosslist and Shopfront

Every tool here posts your listings to the same marketplaces. Here is what each one actually does — including the rows where Swiftlisted loses.

Checked against each tool’s own website on 6 September 2026: Vendoo, List Perfectly, Crosslist, Shopfront. A cross means the tool does not advertise that feature on its own site — not that it cannot do it. If a mark here is out of date, tell us and it gets corrected.

  1. Crosslist lists WooCommerce rather than Shopify.
  2. Shopfront advertises auto-grouping a bulk photo drop into drafts. Vendoo, List Perfectly and Crosslist generate a listing from photos of one item, and do not advertise sorting a mixed batch into separate items for you.
  3. Ours is built and in testing — iOS and Android, releasing shortly. Vendoo’s and Crosslist’s are available today.

Where Swiftlisted is behind

Marketplaces: Mercari and Poshmark. Poshmark is on the roadmap with no committed date; Mercari is not started. If most of your sales come from those, another tool here is the better one for you today.

Two features, both Shopfront’s: scheduling a listing to post later, and putting more than one person on the same account. Neither exists in Swiftlisted today.

And we are new. The others have years of resellers behind them. We have months. That is a real reason to pick one of them and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Where Swiftlisted is different

Two things.

The batch. Most tools here turn photos of one item into a listing. Swiftlisted takes photos of a pile of different items, works out which photos belong to which item, and hands back separate drafts in an editable grid — the difference between listing an item and clearing a haul. Shopfront advertises the same thing; Vendoo, List Perfectly and Crosslist do not.

You can try it without a card. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card, with Pro features for the first week. List Perfectly takes a card at signup, and a US Vendoo signup gets a card-required trial that starts billing on its own.

List Perfectly

You run a large catalogue across the widest spread of marketplaces, including Instagram and Vestiaire Collective.

Crosslist

You want Vinted and Poshmark in one tool and sell through WooCommerce rather than Shopify.

Shopfront

You sell authenticated luxury on Vestiaire Collective, or you need several people working one account with scheduled posting.
